Friends of Mt Worth State ParkABN: 75 123 357 691 The Friends of Mt Worth was formed in 1981 under the leadership of Jack Brooks. Jack was a local farmer, self-taught naturalist and passionate advocate for the establishment of the Park. His determination to conserve this precious remnant of rainforest has left a legacy for all of us to enjoy today. The Friends work in partnership with Park Rangers. We share a love of the Park and a desire to protect its unique features for the benefit of all those who come to visit. The Friends meet on the 1st Sunday of every month at 10 am at the Moonlight Creek Picnic Area. You can contact the group via Email at: mtworthfriends@gmail.com Check the News for latest activities. |
