Wallabies are common in the Park, though very shy Lyrebirds are heard often, but seen most in July and August Ecidnas search for insects, and their scatching is widespread

 Gippsland Burrowing Crayfish, a small but enthusiastic worker who digs out a cavern to make a pool to live in  Epyphites are plants that grow on other plants but unlike parasites do not get nutrient from the plant, but from the rain  Many of the tracks wander though deep and cool fern gullies
